In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the nv777 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nv777 Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute the entire and binding legal agreement between you and nv777 with respect to your use of the Platform and the Services. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

4.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on nv777. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether by the same person or by different persons sharing the same device, IP address, residential address, payment method, or bank account — is strictly prohibited. nv777 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nv777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use the Account of any other Player. You must notify nv777 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. nv777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. nv777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded by a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any bets placed using third-party deposits may be voided and the associated funds forfeited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. To be eligible for withdrawal, your Account must have completed KYC verification and your requested withdrawal amount must not include Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the relevant deposit (the "same-source" rule), subject to the following exceptions: where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, nv777 may process the withdrawal to an alternative method registered in the same Account holder's name, subject to additional verification.

5.3 Transaction Limits

All bets and wagers placed on nv777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product. The following general rules apply across all nv777 Services:

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. Pre-match odds are indicative only and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play odds reflect real-time market conditions. Mix parlay (Indonesia's favourite multi-leg accumulator format) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the overall bet to win; a void leg reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs. 7.2 Live Casino

• Attempting to access another Player's Account, the nv777 administrative systems, or any backend infrastructure without authorisation.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of using the Services for your own personal entertainment. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any broader right, title, or interest in any nv777 intellectual property.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any nv777 content without prior written consent from nv777. Unauthorised use of nv777 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the suspension, termination, or closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses arising from circumstances outside nv777's reasonable control, including acts of government, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

nv777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nv777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12.1 Termination by nv777

nv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by nv777.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player or their bank in bad faith.
• Regulatory requirements or compliance obligations that necessitate Account closure.

Where an Account is closed by nv777 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting nv777 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. nv777 will process Account closure requests within 24 hours. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

nv777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nv777 will publish the revised Terms on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change is particularly significant, nv777 may also notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by nv777's licensing jurisdiction. nv777 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online betting platform. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nv777 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud or abuse of the Platform.
